This week, I slowed down.
Not because I planned to — but because I needed to.
My birthday came and went. I wrapped up the last close-out calls with our cohort members, and for the first time in a while, I didn’t rush to fill every moment with productivity. I slept in. I let myself follow what felt right instead of what looked efficient.
And in that stillness, something surfaced:
A quiet reminder of my own brilliance.
Of how much I give. Of how deeply I care.
And, if I’m honest, of how often I’ve undervalued myself.
With the help of my coach, I realized I’ve been giving from a place of wanting to be accessible instead of honoring my actual worth. I’ve over-delivered, overextended, and sometimes overlooked my own energy — all while teaching others to honor theirs.
Maybe you’ve felt that too.
That tension between wanting to serve and wanting to be seen.
Between giving everything and wondering if it’s ever enough.
But here’s what I’m remembering — and maybe you need this reminder too:
You are the value.
Your creativity, energy, and presence all carry frequency. And the moment you stop discounting yourself, life begins to reflect that shift.
For me, this is about energetic integrity — learning to give from overflow, not depletion; to allow rest and receiving to be just as sacred as creating and giving.
This week, I’m practicing that. Quietly, but fully.
