Hey yβall!
Busy kickoff day over here with the new cohort β thanks for being patient with the late send. I promised myself Iβd stay consistent with Sunday notes, and here we are β€οΈ
Iβll keep this one short(-ish):
This year has been very heads-down for me, building and grinding behind the scenes. Looking back, the progress has been insane β a reminder to celebrate your wins too. Youβre doing more than you give yourself credit for.
Iβm excited about whatβs going to unfold these next 6 weeks β both for the people in the cohort and for what it means for the future.
At the heart of all my work is a simple ethos: making sure goals actually align with the bigger vision for our lives. Itβs wild how often the thing we think we want isnβt actually the thing that gets us to where we want to be next year. Thatβs why I believe in digging deeper than just βthe idea.β Asking questions. Crossing off whatβs not aligned. Getting to whatβs really worth your time and energy.
Because otherwise, itβs easy to pour yourself into something that isnβt actually taking you where you want to go. I wouldnβt call it a total βwasteβ (everything is a learning experience), but sometimes we choose a path that just isnβt aligned. It happens all the time β think of people who stay in jobs that make them unhappy. The same goes for creative projects or ideas that seem good on the surface, but donβt truly match your bigger vision.
We did some of that work together today, and the breakthroughs already feel so good. (Canβt spill all the details, but the process is π₯.)
Something to sit with this week: zoom out. Donβt just focus on the project in front of you β notice whether itβs truly moving you toward the life you want next year. That shift in perspective alone can spark powerful clarity. The breakthroughs in the cohort are next-level β and experiencing them firsthand is something else entirely.

On a personal note, Iβve been experimenting with earlier mornings. Iβm usually a night owl, but lately somethingβs been telling me that those quiet, early hours are gold for deep creative flow. Iβve been trying an 8am start with a new morning routine β and itβs already a game-changer. My goal is to eventually move to a 5:30β6am start and consistently begin focused work at 7am.
Iβm especially excited because in mid-September, weβre bringing in a coach to dive into time + energy management. Sheβs done research on when our brains are best for deep work, shallow work, calls, creative bursts, etc. For now, I can already feel my energy shifting.
Hereβs to investing in ourselves + our dreams β in ways that go deeper than what meets the eye. β€οΈ
Whatβs new for you this week? Hit reply or DM me, Iβd love to hear.

Ysabel
