Today I woke up to a message from someone inside GDT.

She had just landed a $5K brand deal — her biggest partnership yet.

When she joined the cohort, she had 1.8K followers.
Now she’s approaching 20K — and we worked together on positioning and negotiating this partnership.

What’s exciting is that many of the same principles we used to land this deal can scale as creators grow — from $5K partnerships to $10K, $50K, and beyond.

Moments like this make me really proud of the community we’re building. Seeing someone reach a milestone like this and knowing I was able to support them along the way is special.

Right now we’re celebrating together in the group chat.

It’s also a reminder of something I believe deeply:

The right room — and the right people inside it — can change everything.

And in many ways, the right room can pay you back many times over.

Sometimes that return is financial. Other times it's confidence, clarity, or the courage to build a life that looks different from the default path.

When you're surrounded by people who genuinely want to see you win — people who share ideas, insights, and opportunities generously — things start moving faster. Momentum builds. Doors open.

That’s the kind of space I try to create inside Global Dream Team.

When I started creating content back in 2020, I was figuring a lot of it out on my own. Even as brand deals started coming in, I didn’t really have a group of peers to share those moments with. Building alongside thoughtful people who are pursuing their own paths makes the experience far more meaningful.

At its core, GDT is about helping people create work that expands their life — not work that confines it.

I try to share what I’m learning openly — including through these emails. Inside the cohort we get to go even deeper, working through strategies, opportunities, and challenges together in real time.

Seeing members win like this is one of the most rewarding parts of building the community.
I’m proud of the work people inside GDT have been putting into their ideas and dreams.

If being in a room like this sounds interesting to you, there are still a few spots in the March cohort.

If you're curious about joining, just reply and I can share a bit more about how it works and see if it might be a fit.

Or tell me what you're currently building — I always love hearing what people are working on.
