I’ve been thinking a lot about evolution lately.
Not just in theory—but in real time. Watching it happen. Living it.
Because in the span of a few months… a lot can change.
Personally, I’ve moved through a lot. And inside GDT, there’s been a massive shift too.
So I wanted to pause and actually recognize that.
Because it’s easy to miss when you’re in it.
But when you zoom out, it’s kind of wild how much can evolve in just a few months—in the best way possible.
Lately, I’ve been thinking less about “growth” and more about evolution.
Growth feels linear. Measurable. Something you can track, optimize, and try to force.
But evolution feels different. It’s less about adding and more about becoming. Less about pushing outcomes, and more about aligning with what’s already unfolding.
And what I’ve noticed is this:
Evolution tends to happen quietly… until suddenly it doesn’t.
In a short span of time, things can look completely different—not just externally, but internally too. The way you think, the decisions you make, what you tolerate, what you walk away from… it all starts to shift.
As a founder, especially in a startup environment, things move fast.
You’re constantly adapting. Iterating. Shifting.
And half the time, you don’t even realize how much has changed until you stop and look back.
For me, that’s meant deeply listening to my members, watching their growth in real time, and building alongside them.
Not rushing ahead—but evolving at a pace that actually supports them as they grow too.
Something I’ve been leaning into more recently is how I actually think.
I’ve realized one of my biggest strengths is how quickly I’m able to spot patterns, gaps, and opportunities—whether that’s in someone’s brand, content, or business model.
To look at something and immediately see what’s working, what’s not, and where the shift needs to happen.
That ability started developing early on, sharpened during my time at UCLA, and continued through years of working across startups, consulting founders and creators, and brand strategy at companies like CAA, along with media experience across Warner Bros and Fox.
And now, it’s one of the biggest ways I support my members—helping them move faster, skip months of confusion, and focus on what actually moves the needle.
And the growth I’ve witnessed lately has been real.
People going from uncertainty… from ground zero…
to signing their first 4-figure clients, landing brand deals, and making real money.
Over $60k generated from within GDT already.
But more than that—it’s the shift in identity.
From “I hope this works”
to “I’m actually building something real.”
They’re on sales calls.
Negotiating deals.
Refining their positioning.
Building businesses that are aligned with who they are.
That evolution… that’s everything.
And something I’ve noticed underneath all of this is:
It’s not that people lack clarity.
More often, it’s that they stay attached to potential instead of stepping into reality.
There’s a gap between what people know and what they actually act on.
They see the opportunity. They understand the direction. They can even articulate the next step.
But something interrupts the follow-through.
So instead, they delay.
They revisit the same ideas.
They stay in the loop of “I’ll get to it.”
And what ends up happening is simple:
No action leads to exactly that—no change.
Same patterns. Same outcomes. Same place.
Which is why evolution isn’t just about insight—it’s about movement.
Small, consistent, sometimes uncomfortable movement.
Because that’s what ultimately creates momentum.
I didn’t have this when I was starting.
I spent years figuring it out on my own.
12–15 hour days. Trial and error. No one to ask.
So getting to be in it with people now—through the hard parts, the pivots, the growth—
That’s something I don’t take lightly.
Over the past few months, that evolution hasn’t just been internal—it’s shown up externally too.
Being invited to film on a Hollywood set for the GM Creator Lab competition.

Getting nominated for the Forbes 30 Under 30 list and invited to their Summit in Phoenix.
Being asked to speak at the Adobe Creatives Club at UCLA.
Different rooms. Different conversations. Different levels of opportunity.
Not because everything is figured out—but because movement creates access to environments where more becomes possible.
And environments matter.
Because the people you’re around, the standards you’re exposed to, and what’s normalized around you… all shape what you end up doing consistently.
I’ve also realized something about myself:
I don’t like staying the same.
I crave building. I crave the unknown.
Just as something starts working—I want to build the next thing.
Not from dissatisfaction, but from curiosity.
The same way I travel—exploring, adapting, stepping into new environments.
The reality is—growth shows up as change.
And change isn’t always comfortable. But it’s where everything meaningful happens.
It’s how people evolve. It’s how businesses evolve. It’s how GDT continues to evolve too.
Because of that—GDT is evolving to meet this next stage.
I’ve also made the decision to discontinue the cohort in its current form. As I step into this next phase, I want to focus more intentionally on offering support that’s better aligned with where people are in their building journey and what they need to move forward.
In place of the cohort, I’m opening up new ways to plug in:
Creative & Brand Strategy Lab
Business Strategy Track
The next group session (for both new and existing members) is Tuesday, April 7th — if you want in, this Friday, April 4th is the cutoff to grab a spot.
These are designed to support people as they move from early-stage ideas into building real, scalable businesses, brands, and content—so you can reach $10k, $15k, $20k+ months.
Because that level of income creates freedom.
Freedom to build long-term.
Freedom to reinvest.
Freedom to bring your vision to life.
GDT is for builders.
Creators. Founders. Storytellers. Writers. Artists. Independent thinkers.
People building with intention—focused on ownership, clarity, and alignment in how they operate.
If you’re in that stage right now—building or ready to build something and actively trying to take it further, refine your positioning, or get to consistent income—
I’m opening up a few limited 1:1 spots to work together more closely.
This is hands-on, direct support for people who are serious about execution, ready to make real progress, and want help thinking through strategy, decisions, and direction.
If that’s you, reply to this email with:
what you're currently building or creating
where you feel stuck
and what you’re trying to achieve next
I’ll personally review and get back to you.
This is where I’m at right now.
Everything I’ve experienced—startup environments, consulting founders and creators, brand strategy work, media experience—has led me here.
Into a position where I can focus on being of service to people who are ready to build something real.
And I’m sure this will continue to evolve.
But that’s the point.
Not to stay the same while waiting for clarity…
but to move in a way that creates it.
Because evolution isn’t something you wait for.
It’s something you step into.
