Happy Wednesday! Wow — I’m feeling so full today. We just wrapped our final group workshop for the cohort (we actually extended a few extra weeks because none of us wanted to let go 😆) — and I have chills.
Over the past 7 weeks, I’ve witnessed transformations so powerful that the group is almost unrecognizable from day one. The growth, breakthroughs, and wins have been incredible.
As a guide and facilitator, this experience has been a true testament to everything I’ve been building — combining 5+ years running my own business, 10+ years in the creative and brand space, and the magic of putting driven, creative minds in one room. Transformation becomes inevitable.
I’m so grateful for the expert coaches who joined us and poured immense value into our members. When collaboration happens in a powerful, intentional container — it’s pure magic.
And actually — today, we had an amazing live session with our YouTube Strategist, Hayley Rose Danick, founder of The Upload Club (who’s helped creators generate billions of views 👀 and take a channel from 0 → 1M subs). She shared priceless insights on YouTube’s future, drawing from 12 years inside YouTube/Google and her current work helping creators grow their channels. (She’s also subscribed to this newsletter — thank you, Hayley! 💛)
A member also held me a little longer after today’s call to share her wins — she was literally glowing ✨ and full of excitement.
When she started the cohort, she was unsure how to integrate her passions, felt overwhelmed by her content backlog, and doubted her voice and impact. She worried the industry was oversaturated and wasn’t sure how to prioritize content.
Today? The transformation is incredible, and the results speak for themselves:
✨ Nearly doubled her IG growth
💰 Landed her first paid brand deal (we worked through rates and negotiation together!)
🎙️ Secured new contract content producer work (I helped with rates, deliverables, and what to watch for in contracts)
🌐 Finished her personal brand website
🪄 And shared, “I didn’t think this was possible — maybe in a year, but it already happened.”
💰 She’s already made back her investment and then some!

These results aren’t random — they happen because of the balance between strategy, energy, and embodiment. When you’re in a powerful container that activates all three, magic happens. And this is just the beginning.
Honestly, seeing each person’s energy contribute to the collective fills me with pure joy and gratitude. I feel like I’m living my dream life, working with the coolest, most talented people — and creating a community of ambitious dreamers and doers. Y’all — you’re the best. And yes, that includes you, reading this newsletter too.
