Happy Sunday!
What a full and energizing day. I started with meditation and CorePower Yoga, made a smoothie, and walked my friend’s dog. After prepping and running the cohort call, I went out for a little inspiration and a treat. Later, I worked on my 6-week project, walked the dog again, and now I’m here—feels like a lot for one Sunday! (Here's a pic of me and Biscuit btw. Such a cutie 🐶)

Morning Practice: No Limits Dreaming
As a continuation from my last newsletter, “What if Nothing Held You Back,” I’ve started a new practice: morning “No Limits Dreaming.” I set a 15-minute timer (part of my morning routine after meditation) and write stream-of-consciousness versions of dream lives I could be living—literally no limits, no constraints.
Doing this daily is amazing because it taps into the expansiveness of life. Life is abundant—the only limits are the ones we place on ourselves. Any life you desire can be worked toward once it’s brought into awareness. Then you can map out the steps to get there.
Sometimes it’s just fun; other times, it’s eye-opening. It reminds you that dreams can be realized by noticing the desire, feeling into it, and taking steps—big or small. Some steps might feel like too much or misaligned, and that’s okay. The point is to remember: we can do anything. Through this practice, you reconnect with your true power.
Try it out: Write it. Feel it. Live it—as if.
(The classic “secret” of life: show up fully in your desires today, and watch how it shapes tomorrow.)
Immersing in Inspiration
I’m also remembering the importance of immersing ourselves in experiences that inspire us and maybe push our reality a bit. Sometimes you might not even notice it because you’re deep in your own world—but when you pause and explore, there’s a whole ‘nother way of living waiting to be felt.
It doesn’t have to be dramatic; it can be a small shift—trying a new way of moving through your day, experimenting with a habit that excites you, or seeing your usual surroundings in a fresh light.
It also helps you make better art—so go immerse yourself in some beauty. 🙂

Cohort Insights: Believing in You
This week’s theme is “Believing in You,” and we’re focusing on three things: resistance, perfectionism, and plateaus. These blocks are common for creators and many others, and we spent time uncovering where they were showing up in our projects and work.
We explored how these feelings show up, how we want to feel instead, and what new actions we can take to move toward that feeling. Doing this in a group setting is incredibly powerful—we often keep so much in our heads day-to-day, but sharing aloud and exploring solutions together gives perspective and insights we might not see on our own.
There’s nothing like the energy and breakthroughs that happen when growth happens together—wish you could’ve been there ❤️
Something to Reflect On:
Moments of growth and inspiration are everywhere if we choose to be present to them. Take a moment to ask yourself: What small experience today could push your reality forward? How can you “live as if” the life you desire, even in tiny moments? What’s one block you’ve been holding onto that could be transformed if you brought it into awareness?
Even a small step in the right direction can create momentum. Try one of these this week and notice the ripple it creates in your life.
Lmk if this sparked anything for you! ✨
xx,
