I’ve had this title sitting in my head for a while.

And today feels like the day to say it.

The irony of naming this Global Dream Team…

I chose that name in 2019 to empower people to pursue their dreams and passions.

But here’s the truth about me:

I don’t dream. I build.

The moment an idea lands, I execute.
The moment I have a vision, I move.

My version of a “dream” isn’t something I hope happens someday — it’s something I start building today.

Yesterday.
Five years ago.
Every morning: ideate, build, create, repeat.

And I’ve gotten clearer on something:

Most people don’t fail because they lack talent.

They stall because they build alone.

They overthink.
They spin.
They “prepare.”
They wait for clarity instead of putting themselves in rooms that create it.

Global Dream Team isn’t for people who like the idea of a different life.

It’s for builders.

People with big visions who are tired of circling their potential.
People who know they’re capable — but want to move faster.

People who are one right room away from a completely different trajectory.

Last Friday, I was invited back to UCLA — my alma mater — to judge Bruin Tank, SoCal’s premier college venture pitch competition.

Watching those students pitch — taking risks, betting on themselves at 20 — was electric.

They weren’t waiting to feel ready.
They weren’t circling their potential.

Afterward, multiple students reached out that same day. Asking for insight. Asking for strategy.

One is already exploring the next cohort.

At 20.

No convincing needed.

Because builders recognize acceleration when they see it.

Here’s what I’ve seen happen inside GDT:

One creator secured two retainer clients, giving her the runway to build her own business instead of returning to full-time work.

Another doubled her monthly income after tightening her positioning and systems.

Another launched a coaching program built off her content ecosystem — and it replaced her inconsistent freelance income.

And as their visibility expanded, so did their access.

One member was recently invited to an exclusive CBS-hosted launch event in NYC — the kind of room you don’t land in by accident.

That’s momentum.

These are high-potential people who didn’t need more motivation.

They needed clarity.
Structure.
The right room.

Because grinding solo feels noble.

But it’s slow.

And time is the one thing you don’t get back.

The next GDT Expansion Cohort starts March 9.

7 weeks.
Intimate. High-touch.

Built for people who don't just dream — they build.

I'm only taking a handful of conversations this week — once spots are filled, enrollment closes.

If you’re serious about building — and you don’t want to look back six months from now still “thinking about it” — book a call with me.

Let’s build it.
