Happy Sunday! Hope you’ve had a great week and weekend. I started my morning with yoga at CorePower, made a smoothie, and went for a walk to soak up some sunshine - feeling good 🙂 I’m keeping myself accountable to simple daily practices to prioritize my health and wellbeing as a busy af founder/creator. Even posted on Vegan Yzzy today after a little hiatus!
I want to keep this newsletter casual- just sharing what’s on my mind and a few announcements I’m pumped to share.
Here’s a little brain dump from Wednesday about what I’ve been thinking:
1️⃣ Brand partnerships & my business experience
I get a lot of questions about working with brands, and recently people told me they’d love to hear more about my business experience. I’ve been running my own stuff for 5+ years and have picked up some insights I’m proud to share.
One skill I love is negotiation. I once had a $3k brand offer and flipped it into $12k by upselling my offer and sharing my value. How? It starts with building a magnetic creator identity. (PS – this skill has helped me fund my travels around the world! More money = more freedom, more control over your life, and yes… more travel! 🌍)

2️⃣ Planning a freer, more connected 2026
2025 has been a building year. In 2026, I want more freedom, adventure, and connection.
That means laying strong foundations now: addressing blocks, clearing what’s in the way, and creating an action plan. If you want more freedom, the time to plant those roots is now. Don’t let this year pass by.
I also believe in aligning goals, projects, and energy with our north star vision. Cut what isn’t aligned, do the deep work to figure out what is, and take steps toward it. The deep work is tough - I help people ask the hard questions, uncover blocks and limiting beliefs, release what’s holding them back, and step into who they really want to be.
That’s exactly what I’m focusing on over the next 6 weeks in our upcoming cohort. My goals, projects, and focus are all designed to support the life I want in 2026 - and I’ll be guiding you to do the same.
Here’s the truth: without a community, it’s easy to fall off track. With one, reaching your goals suddenly feels possible - and even fun. The energy is electric.
