Happy New Year 🤍

I hope the end of 2025 gave you exactly what you needed — whether that was rest, clarity, laughter, or simply time to reset. I spent the past few weeks with family, reflecting deeply on the year behind me and the year ahead… and it brought a lot into focus.

2025 was a big year. It stretched me, challenged me, and grew me in meaningful ways. And as I look toward 2026, I’m still dreaming big. Still deeply aligned with where I’m heading. But the energy feels different this year.

Less gripping.
Less carrying everything alone.
Less “push because I always can.”

More allowing.
More trust.
More support.
More ease — without compromising ambition, depth, or excellence.

Because alignment isn’t just about what we’re doing — it’s about how we’re living while we do it. It’s about clarity. Building in support instead of relying on willpower or effort alone. It’s about leading, creating, and building meaningful things without burning yourself in the process.

And I know many of you feel that too.

You care about what you’re building. You care about the person you’re becoming. You want your work, your relationships, your wellbeing, and your life to coexist — not compete. You’re ambitious, but you’re also done operating from chaos, survival mode, and “figure it all out alone” energy.

You want steadiness. Integrity with yourself. Real connection. Aligned movement. Support that matches the size of your vision.

Same.

I want more people to experience that kind of life.

A question to sit with as we enter 2026:

Before rushing into new goals, take a moment with this:

“If this year was truly aligned, how would I want life to feel — not just look — by the end of it?”

If something comes up, trust it.
If it stretches you a bit, that’s okay too.

Most of us chase outcomes. But more often than not, what we’re actually seeking is a way of living.

To support you in entering this year with intention, grounded clarity, and honesty with yourself, I’m hosting something I’m really excited about:

DESIGN YOUR MOST ALIGNED YEAR YET

📅 This Sunday — January 4, 2026
10:00 AM PST / 1:00 PM EST
📍 Live on Zoom (Replay included if you can’t attend live)

A live, thoughtful New Year experience to help you step into 2026 with clarity, direction, and grounded intention.

This isn’t a motivational hype call.
It’s not a “write 100 goals” workshop.
It’s not performative “new year new me” energy.

This is about getting honest with yourself.
Releasing what no longer fits.
And setting direction in a way that supports your ambition and your humanity —
without having to figure it out alone. You’ll be doing this in a grounded space, with guidance, structure, and support around you.

Inside this experience, we’ll:
• consciously close out last year instead of rushing past it
• reconnect with the version of you you’re growing into
• clarify the themes + identity guiding your year
• get real about what currently feels aligned vs heavy
• identify the parts of life truly calling for your devotion
• create a simple alignment filter to support your decisions this year

You’ll leave clearer, steadier, and more anchored in your direction — without pressure or perfectionism… and with the reminder that you don’t have to carry it all alone anymore.

And, just to share transparently — this is one of the few open virtual experiences I’ll be hosting for non-members this year. Most of our deeper work now happens inside the GDT Collective. So if you’ve been wanting to be in this kind of thoughtful, grounded space with me, this is a really beautiful opportunity.

And if something meaningful opens for you through this, I’ll share how this work continues inside the GDT Expansion Cohort — where clarity becomes grounded focus, momentum, support, and aligned movement. No push. Just an invitation if it feels like a yes.

If you want to start the year grounded, intentional, and aligned with who you’re becoming…

I’d love to have you there 🤍
